Elmvia Practice Sales was launched as the dental practice sales arm of the business around eight years ago in 2013 after being constantly asked to help our clients find that perfect practice.

Our unique service and fee structure is based on success only – we have no upfront fees *

  • We do not ask for an appraisal fee when we are listing your practice..
  • We do not have an exclusivity clause just an agreed period of time to work on this as the only broker.
  • We only charge a fee upon successful sale and this invoice is paid as part of the completion settlement statement.
